SOLUTIONS · PAYMENTS
Your deposits will work wherever your traders live.
Fifteen payment providers shipped, country-routed, local methods first. Any new provider added in hours — not weeks.
Deposits are the single hardest operational problem a broker has. A funnel works or it doesn't. A payment method exists in this country or it doesn't. A chargeback either frees the deposit atomically or it leaves a zombie balance on the books. The Slate deposit stack was built by people who know all three answers by heart — and who have shipped every major regional payment rail at least once.
But what if we already work with BridgerPay, Praxis, or Mercado Pago?
The providers you already use, already shipped.
BridgerPay, Praxis, Mercado Pago, and PayRetailers are all live in the Slate stack today. You don't switch — you plug in the provider key you already have. Configuration is per-broker, per-country, per-currency: the router knows which gateway to use before your trader even sees the form. No forced vendor lock-in, no migration project, no "enterprise payment replatform." You keep every relationship you've earned.
The coverage you haven't thought of yet
Three hundred local methods, nine countries, one key.
PayRetailers alone unlocks 300+ local payment methods across nine countries of regional coverage — PIX and Boleto for Brazilian traders, OXXO and SPEI for the Mexico funnel, cash-voucher rails for Argentina, local bank transfers wherever banks lag cards. A broker founder who walked in with two payment gateways walks out with fifteen. The operational lift is zero: turn on the provider, enable the method, route by country.
When deposits go wrong
Chargebacks freeze atomically. Reconciliation is not a spreadsheet.
Every credit posts through an ACID stored procedure that writes the ledger entry, the client balance, and the exposure update in a single transaction. Chargebacks reverse the same way — debit, freeze, audit log, compliance notification, all atomic. Failed webhooks retry with signatures verified. Negative balance protection is enforced at the trading engine, not the CRM. Reconciliation is a report you run, not a spreadsheet you fight.
The provider we haven't added yet
Any new gateway, live in hours — not weeks.
Slate's integration layer is a set of interfaces, not a set of hardcoded vendors. Adding a new payment provider — a regional bank rail, a crypto on-ramp, a new e-wallet you just signed with — is a configuration exercise plus an adapter that takes hours to write and deploy, not weeks. You're never waiting on a roadmap. The answer to "can you add X?" is always yes. This is the same answer you get for KYC, messaging, email, SMS, and every other integration category in the platform: the vendors you already know are shipped, and the ones you haven't asked about yet are an afternoon away.
