INTEGRATIONS

Everything shipped. Anything added.

Fifteen payment providers. Sumsub and Jumio KYC. Native WhatsApp and Telegram. Pluggable email, SMS, and VoIP. Any new vendor, in any category, live in hours — not weeks.

The worst story in brokerage software is the sales call where the answer to "can you integrate X?" is "let us check with product." The second-worst story is the one where the answer is "it's on the roadmap for Q3." Slate's integration layer exists so the answer is always the first one: yes. The vendors you already work with are shipped. The vendors you haven't mentioned yet are an afternoon away. You do not wait on a roadmap, you do not fill out a request form, and you do not switch vendors to fit the platform.

Payments

Fifteen payment providers shipped. Three hundred local methods. Any new gateway in hours.

BridgerPay, Praxis, Mercado Pago, and PayRetailers are live. PayRetailers alone unlocks 300+ local payment methods across nine countries of regional coverage — PIX, Boleto, OXXO, SPEI, cash voucher rails, local bank transfers. The router picks the right gateway per country and per currency before the trader sees the form. If you bring a provider we haven't shipped yet, the adapter is hours of work, not a quarter of engineering.

Know-your-customer

Sumsub and Jumio shipped. Any other KYC provider in hours.

Two shipped vendors cover the majority of broker use cases today: Sumsub and Jumio. If you already have a contract with one of them, you plug in your key and the integration is done. If your vendor is different — Veriff, Onfido, IDology, a local ID bureau — Slate's integration layer can add it in hours, not weeks. The KYC stack is a set of interfaces, not a hardcoded short list. No forced switch, no RFP, no vendor-risk review of a replacement you didn't ask for.

Communications

Native WhatsApp and Telegram. Pluggable email, SMS, VoIP. Any new channel in hours.

WhatsApp Business and Telegram are native first-class channels — not a middleware SaaS, not a monthly license to a plugin vendor. Email, SMS, and VoIP are pluggable: your current provider integrates in hours, and if you want to switch providers later, the rest of the platform doesn't notice. Messages land in the customer file, RBAC governs who sees them, and the full audit trail is queryable in SQL.

The pattern

Any provider. Any category. In hours.

This is not a payments-specific claim. It is not a KYC-specific claim. It is how the entire integration layer was built — as a set of interfaces with a standardized connector pattern, webhook signature verification, and encrypted credential storage. A new provider, in any integration category, is a configuration exercise plus an adapter that takes hours to write and deploy. You are never waiting on a roadmap. The answer to "can you add X?" is always yes.
